In Our Tool Kit

Infrared Camera
We offer Thermal Imaging Scans using a state-of-the-art Infrared Camera. The camera shows us areas of heat loss or excessive heat, helping us locate hidden moisture intrusion, improper insulation, and other issues.

Moisture Meter
We use a Moisture Meter during our inspections to detect moisture levels in suspect areas within the home. This helps us find possible moisture intrusion in areas where mold growth is likely.
ADDITIONAL INSPECTION SERVICES

Buyer’s Inspection
A home is a major purchase, so the decision should be made with all of the significant information available to you. During a Buyer’s Inspection, we answer your questions about the home, find defects that you should be aware of before closing, offer solutions and repair suggestions for issues, and help you understand the operation of the home.

Pre-Listing Inspection
The inspections we do for home sellers are just as important and helpful as the ones completed for buyers. During a Pre-Listing Inspection, we find the damages and defects in the home that the seller should consider repairing before listing. We also help the seller understand their property in a way that allows for easy and professional communication with potential buyers.

11th Month Warranty Inspection
When a newly constructed home is sold with a 12-month builder’s warranty, the homeowner gets the most out of the warranty by having an inspection completed during the 11th month. We will inspect the property to help owners identify the issues that they are entitled to request repairs for.

Re-Inspection
After we complete a Buyer’s Inspection, the buyer and seller will come to an agreement about what repairs will be made before closing. During a Re-Inspection, we return to the home and ensure that the repairs were done correctly and as agreed-upon.
